I was literally overjoyed upon hearing that Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is coming to town with a much bigger sale to offer and even wider selection of books.
Big Bad Wolf Books bring the World’s Biggest Book Sale back to the city on Dec.15-23, 2023 at SMX Convention Center, SM Lanang.
This is the third time in Davao and their taking along it’s wide collection of beautiful books that Dabawenyos will surely be crazy about.
Big Bad Wolf will also be partnering up wiith different local organizations and programs to make sure every purchase is done with little or no hassle like Metrobank for easier or smooth sailing transactions as well as offering great and exciting rewards and deals.
And not only that, in the spirit of kindness, they teamed up with Gawad Kalinga again to introduce the Red Readerhood Program to give or share books to those less fortunate so they too can read books and own them. The program allows shoppers to purchase copies of books and turn them into gifts for those less fortunate. It is such a beautiful way to extend the magic of reading beyond the sale and share the love of literature with communities that may not have access.
Here is a little background about the company. The Big Bad Wolf Books was founded by Andrew Yap and Jacquiline Ng in 2009 and first launched in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It aims to cultivate reading habits, increase English literacy worldwide and build a new generation of book lovers by making books more affordable and accessible to everyone. Currently, the Big Bad Wolf Books sales have toured 15 countries and 37 cities.
Big Bad Wolf will expand 9 days in Davao which is more than enough time to grab your next new literary discovery, but it as a gift to a loved one or donate and spread the joy of reading to others.
